So after using Pownce for the majority of today, I realized that it’s kind of a pain to switch between it, Twitterific and Facebook status updates for my status and micro-blogging needs … Wouldn’t it be great if the Pownce app could import tweets, Facebook status updates and export your Pownce notes.

So I sent them an e-mail suggesting this and received a quick response:

Hi Jay,

We’ll look into this! Personally, I use both Pownce and Twitter. A great way
of balancing the two is to make a Pownce note, and then Twitter the URL to
send people to it, so that you can have a threaded reply stream to the topic
(although, I understand that posting in both places can be time-consuming).
